Although the paper was published in Carp, its circulation covered most of Carleton County and adjacent areas. As such it contained articles, notices, advertisements and birth, marriage and death announcements from much of the County. This book will therefore be of interest to anyone doing genealogical research throughout Carleton County.
The Carp Review and Carleton County Advertiser was published weekly, from February 25, 1904 until 1966. Mr. James Evoy was the editor throughout much existence with Mr. Gordon Fenn being the editor for the final years.
This tenth volume of the Carp Review and Carleton County Advertiser beginning with the year 1905, is the final one in this series, having reached the personal memories of most of the readers interested in the history of "The Valley". Earlier volumes in this series were published by the Ottawa Branch, Ontario Genealogical Society and available from GlobalGenealogy.com.
